Co-owner / Chief Executive Officer

Henk knows the Retail and Tourism business like no other, due to his many years of experience. He gained much of his early experience at World Of Delights, which he also owns. In 2012, he joined forces with Tours & Tickets founder Erik de Visser to create Tourism Group International. As CEO, Henk is responsible for all processes and projects within the company as he guards the company’s identity. With an interest in all departments of the company, he holds the synergy between the different teams as the strongest characteristic of the company.

 

Harold Kluit
Chief Operations Officer

With his years of experience in the hotel industry, Harold knows how to be the perfect host and how to manage daily operations to satisfy the customer. As COO, he oversees the operational and commercial teams of the company as well as the international departments. He has the energy and manoeuvrability and unfailing memory that are necessary in a business as dynamic as Tourism Group International. Harold also shares his knowledge with the next generation of tourism, facility management and hotel industry professionals at the Breda University of Applied Sciences. He is married and a happy father of 3 daughters.

 

David van Luijn
Chief Marketing Officer

Tourism Group International is the kind of company which employees return to again and again. So, too, David, who returned to the company in 2020 to take up the role of CMO, overseeing all the on- and offline marketing channels and touchpoints within the customer journey. Due to his experience in the field and communicative skills, he is able to be a sparring partner for his teams without taking over and allowing them to shine.

 

Frank Keijzer
Chief Financial Officer

Frank worked his way up within Tourism Group International, starting as an Internal Auditor after working 8 years at one of the Big 4 auditing firms. His loyalty, analytic abilities and quick understanding of new systems led to his progression within the company. Today as CFO, he is responsible for the Finance and IT departments. The journey that has led him to this role has left him with both knowledge of the detailed work involved and an ability to keep the big picture in mind.
